Whatever your reason for wanting personal training, whether it’s to boost self esteem, gain confidence or to increase your fitness and achieve a fitness goal, my psychologically informed coaching will help you achieve your goals whilst encouraging healthy mental and physical habits to help you maintain your wellbeing.

 

Online coaching

This option allows you to access a bespoke exercise program adjusted monthly to suit your goals, needs and schedule. This includes weekly check ins and a monthly review. From £40 per month.

 

Individual coaching

This option involves regular face to face sessions for ongoing support, guidance and motivation. Ideal for those wanting to focus on technique or those who appreciate accountability and support, this option can be tailored to suit whatever budget, ranging from one fortnightly session to three a week. From £130 per month.

 

Small group coaching

This option is perfect for two people who have similar goals and want to access PT at a reduced cost. Based on the same format as individual coaching, this option involves two people training together during regular face to face sessions, ranging from one fortnightly session to three a week. From £150 a month.
